This unique villa is located in the hamlet of Las Casicas, near Fortuna. Fortuna has all the daily amenities and is known as a spa resort due to its thermal springs, which date back to Roman times. It is also known as a nature reserve, thanks to the Sierra de la Pila and the Rambla Salada, among other things. There is a second storage room in the cave section, which also has a bedroom that is accessible from a beautiful large space.
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one of which has a built-in/walk-in closet. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor. Both downstairs and upstairs there are rooms with beautiful high (beamed) ceilings.
